I am a William H. Kruskal Instructor of Statistics at the University of Chicago. I previously completed my PhD in biostatistics at Harvard University where I was advised by Rafael Irizarry and Jeff Miller.
My research interests lie at the intersection of high-dimensional statistics and genomics. My recent work includes:
- Dimensionality reduction for single-cell genomic data
- Manifold learning for spatial transcriptomics
- Integration of high-dimensional random matrices
- Estimation of perturbation effects in CRISPR data
